Bringing a proven solar solution for Danish fleets
BESKO now offers customers access to Green Energy’s lightweight, flexible solar panels, which have been specially developed for commercial vehicles operating in real-world conditions. These systems are already in use in Europe and the USA, delivering reliable results and high returns for transport operators.
The solution helps to reduce fuel consumption by 4-7%, with a corresponding reduction in CO2 emissions per year. With a payback period of 10-18 months, the investment quickly translates into long-term savings. Operators also benefit from extended battery and alternator life, reduced idling and increased vehicle uptime.
By providing constant auxiliary power directly to the battery, the system helps prevent battery depletion, reduces engine wear and ensures greater reliability – especially for fleets with high auxiliary power requirements.
