As Group CEO of EAC Santa Fe, Martin led the organisation through a strategic transformation, including the successful divestment of its logistics operations.
As Chief Commercial and Revenue Officer at Controlant, he played a pivotal role in scaling a fast-growing supply chain technology company.
Martin has also held senior leadership roles at A.P. Moller-Maersk, including Chief Commercial Officer, VP of Group Strategy and Regional MD for Greater China.
Martin brings visionary leadership, passion, international expertise, and a hands-on approach to delivering results.
He holds an Executive MBA from IMD, Switzerland.

Peter Kjaer Jensen
Chairman
Peter is the former CEO of PostNord Denmark, the Danish national postal service, and Vice CEO of PostNord Group. During his tenure, he successfully led a remarkable turnaround, steering the organisation from a loss of over DKK 1 billion to profitability.
Prior to this, Peter built a distinguished career at A.P. Moller – Maersk, holding key leadership positions including Chief Transformation Officer and Chief Operating Officer.
Currently, Peter serves as Chair of EBoks and World Tour CPH P/S, further showcasing his commitment to strategic leadership.
He holds an Executive MBA from both Columbia Business School and London Business School.

At Johnson Controls, he led global sales and marketing for maritime HVAC+R systems, managing teams across Europe, the Americas, and Southeast Asia.
As CEO of Frese’s German business unit, he championed energy-efficient flow control solutions, and at Advansor, he advanced green refrigeration technologies as CSO, overseeing operations in Europe and South America.
With an education in mechanical engineering, René combines technical expertise with business acumen to deliver innovative, sustainable solutions.

Claus spent five years in Dubai, where he supported customers in the Middle East and developed innovative products tailored for challenging environments.
His technical expertise in global aftermarket services, coupled with his leadership skills, make him an invaluable asset in driving customer satisfaction and operational success.
